Mileage will be reimbursed for travel between clinics.Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Assistant, you will perform a variety of clinical responsibilities, including:Obtain patient histories, discuss symptoms, and record vital signsAdminister medications and vaccines following protocolsPerform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimensPrepare and maintain clean, sterile examination and equipmentDocument patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) systemUse Your Skills To Make An ImpactRequiredSuccessful completion of MA school/training program and a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 3+ years of experience and approval from ProviderHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent CPR CertifiedMeet patient-facing role requirements, including participation in our Tuberculosis (TB) screening programPreferred• Phlebotomy experience• Medication/vaccine administration experience• At least 1 year of MA experience• Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communicationSchedule• Onsite, Full-time, 40 hours per weekScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$43,000 - $56,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
