Marketing Intern

At Arya Health, we're building the entire non-clinical operational stack for post-acute care - intelligent automation across recruiting, compliance, intake, scheduling, retention, and more.

We're looking for a high-agency Marketing Intern to join us during a critical growth phase. This is not a passive internship. You'll work directly with our Growth team and contribute meaningfully across events, performance marketing, growth experimentation, and brand execution.

What You'll Do

Support Events & Field Marketing

• Help plan and execute industry conferences, trade shows, and executive roundtables
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up campaigns
• Represent Arya professionally at select industry events

Drive Performance & Growth Marketing

• Support paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Help build and analyze growth experiments to improve engagement and conversion

Create Marketing & Sales Assets

• Develop social media content and thought leadership materials
• Assist with sales collateral - one-pagers, decks, and case studies
• Support messaging and positioning refinement
• Create design assets using Figma, Canva, or Adobe (a strong plus)

What Makes You Exceptional

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized and execution-oriented
• Curious about AI, automation, and healthcare innovation
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Interested in startups, growth strategy, or a future founder/operator path

Compensation & Details

• $4,000-$5,000/month, commensurate with experience
• June-August (12 weeks)
• Onsite in New York City
• Paid internship - equity and standard employee benefits are not included
