This position is for 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday.ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.As a Blending Operator, you'll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You'll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key.
