Key requirements
In this role you will oversee a fleet operations function within the Central Garage, guiding regional supervisors, technicians, and parts specialists. You will optimize service, maintenance, and repair work to keep vehicles and equipment ready for operation. Youll prioritize, delegate, and train staff, ensuring safe and efficient fleet performance. This position supports the agencys public service mission by delivering reliable transportation operations and emergency readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive practical improvements and respond to peak workloads with composure.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a multi-role fleet team (regional supervisors, technicians, parts specialists)
- Oversee service, maintenance, and repair operations for fleet vehicles and equipment
- Prioritize and delegate work to optimize schedules and resources
- Provide training and communication to staff to maintain high performance and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fleet reliability xhqgsiq and respond to emergencies
Key requirements
- Four or more years in automotive services or fleet coordination
- At least one year of financial or administrative experience
- Experience as a supervisor, manager, or team lead
- Valid drivers license
