Summary
Collects and processes the shipping and receiving documents to effectively safeguard the company's inventories.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties for this job include the following, but other duties may be assigned.

• Greet drivers that arrive to deliver or receive inventory, collect their paperwork and assign them a dock door
• Schedule all inbound and outbound loads with carriers
• Receive loading information from dock workers to process the shipping Bill of Lading and customer invoice
• Answer incoming calls on/off shift hours
• Enters approved Accounts Payable vouchers into ERP system

Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. At least three months of experience or training preferred.


Physical Demands
The employee (by themselves) must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 or more.
