Dental Assistant Job Summary:
We are an organized, patient-focused general dental practice with an in-office ASC, seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering high-level care and wants to grow beyond the traditional assisting role.

• Experienced Dental Assistant
• Strong knowledge of chairside assisting, sterilization, and patient flow
• Calm, confident, and highly attentive to detail—especially in surgical settings
• Excellent communication skills with patients and team members
• Takes initiative and ownership of their role
• Committed to continuous learning and professional growth

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for general and advanced procedures
• Assisting with general anesthesia cases (training provided for the right candidate)
• Maintaining strict infection control and sterilization standards
• Preparing and turning over operatories efficiently
• Supporting a seamless patient experience from start to finish
