Lead Business Analyst Location: Austin, Texas, United States Job Description We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Texas Business Unit. This role supports a Salesforce modernization initiative focused on permits, inspections, compliance, enforcement, billing, reporting, incentives, and portal services within one integrated solution. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Support configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions for permits, inspections, compliance, enforcement, billing, reporting, incentives, and portal services. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather input and validate requirements. Coordinate with development teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables. Required Qualifications Minimum of three years prior Business Analyst experience, including prior Lead BA experience. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Deep stakeholder management skills. Business process expertise. Requirements leadership (not just documentation). Delivery mindset and ownership. Salesforce experience (Preferred).
