We are also responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out the objectives of ownership. You are the face of the community, the boots on the ground. What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Community Manager Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams. Well versed in all aspects of Affordable Housing, including determining eligibility, securing third‑party verifications for income and assets, calculating household incomes per the HUD Handbook, completing Tenant Income Certification, and submitting files for compliance approval. Experience with compliance reporting required by the community’s regulatory agreement. Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting. Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord‑tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws. Computer skills – comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager experience is an extra point. High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is an asset. This position offers $27.00 per hour, a two‑bedroom unit, with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses, plus benefits!
