Regional Distribution Manager - West Market

Responsibilities Build strong business relationships at key Customers, customer-facing Distributor Reps, and 3rd Party Sales Team Partner levels Drive sales growth and impact distribution Encourage and support relationships with Customer, MDS Sales Team, and Distribution Analyze sales data specific to geography and report data analysis to sales leadership and distribution management Manage national/regional distribution event coverage and training programs Requirements Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in relevant sales field preferred Experience in key account management or strategic marketing preferred Prior experience in medical products required Strong influencing and critical thinking skills Ability to establish positive relationships with internal and customer partners Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in key account management and strategic marketing within the medical products industry, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
