About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Product Management to lead the active roadmap, planning cycles, and delivery execution for its product squads. This role is pivotal in turning the product strategy into reality, with a focus on areas such as total cost of care, EHR and integrations, and data platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4 Product Managers, setting high standards for product management, and ensuring the organization delivers on its most valuable initiatives in value-based care. The VP will also be the key liaison across the broader organization, working closely with design, engineering, product marketing, implementations, operations, and growth to maximize the impact of development efforts. Applicants for the VP, Product Management position at the company should have at least 12 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 years in product management, and a proven track record of career growth and increased responsibilities. A strong background in people management, including leading a multi-person product management team, is essential. The role requires experience in running a roadmap or capacity governance process across multiple teams and the ability to hold team members accountable to a plan. While not mandatory, a background in healthcare or health-tech, particularly in value-based care, is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at operating without formal authority, building working agreements with other departments, and escalating conflicts as necessary.
