Admin Support Specialist

Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and community partners. Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and concerns. Resolve routine issues independently whenever possible. Assist with caregiver scheduling, staffing open shifts, and schedule adjustments. Coordinate communication between clients, families, caregivers, and office staff. Maintain accurate documentation and communication records. Support case management, recruiting, payroll, and leadership teams with administrative projects and daily operational tasks. Handle urgent scheduling situations and service disruptions with professionalism and urgency. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and documentation standards. Ad Hoc projects as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, call center operations, healthcare, or home care preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and utilizing multiple software platforms. Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to team goals. Home care or healthcare experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
