Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions to join their Des Moines office. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. Duties Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists. Draft transaction documents with precision. Handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Requirements Three to six years of experience in corporate law. Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions. Excellent writing skills and superior academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of Iowa. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
