Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room, ensuring timely and effective treatment. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform emergency procedures and assist in life-saving interventions.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
