This person is a dynamic leader who embodies servant leadership and operational excellence to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across a large-scale manufacturing operation. This individual will leverage data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and continuous improvement methodologies to inspire teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results. Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, production efficiency, and service. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Build and develop a high-performing team across multiple operations. Competencies Proven leadership managing department managers – with groups of 500+. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean principles – to include OpEx principles Ability to analyze trends and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Use of data to make decisions. Key Experience & Skills Multi-shift or continuous operations. Plastics processing or packaging industry. Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
