As a Security Officer Armed Full - Time in Cincinnati, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, offices, customer areas, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor activity, incidents, and other security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain assigned equipment and carry authorized defensive equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
