$55,000 $85,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

Our Allstate Insurance Agency is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is ready to build a strong income while helping clients protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

Quote and sell auto, home, and other insurance products
Follow up with inbound leads and prospects
Identify client needs and recommend the right coverage
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, or customer service)
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
