Daily Cash Management: Monitor bank feeds daily to provide an accurate real-time view of cash positions for all three organizations. Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly and monthly transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable items for three separate companies. Ensure the general ledger is updated daily. Manage the end-to-end A/R process for all three entities. Generate and send accurate invoices. Apply payments properly across QuickBooks profiles. Actively monitor aging reports to conduct professional, timely collection follow ups. Monitor bank feeds daily to provide an accurate real-time view of cash positions for all three organizations. Execute special projects and generate reports as requested. Ensure all miscellaneous financial tasks are completed with the same rigor as daily routines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
