Safety Manager

We’re hiring a Safety Manager for a brand-new role with the autonomy to design, implement, and lead our entire safety and compliance strategy. Why This Role Stands Out Build Your Legacy: This is a new role, you’ll define our safety programs True Autonomy: Lead with confidence and make decisions without micromanagement Work-Life Balance: Day shift schedule with minimal travel What You’ll Do Develop and lead environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations Reduce workplace incidents and improve safety metrics Conduct training, audits, and safety investigations (RCA) Manage claims, OS&D, and risk mitigation strategies Build strong relationships across teams, vendors, and leadership Oversee facility security and disaster preparedness planning Analyze safety data and implement corrective action plans What You Bring 5–7 years of safety experience in distribution, transportation, or warehousing Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards Ability to analyze data and drive measurable improvements Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Certifications such as CSP, CIH, CSHM, or ARM OSHA-10 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) Make an Impact This is your chance to own safety strategy, influence company culture, and drive real results.
