Physical Therapist

Seeking a Physical Therapist to join Valley Medical Group, an independent, primary care focused multi-specialty group with four offices in Western Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with an innovative team. Physical Therapists at Valley Medical Group enjoy clinical autonomy while working alongside family practice providers. There is potential for shareholder opportunity after two years, participation in organization committees and possible leadership advancement if desired. The current opening is for 32-40 hours/week in the Northampton area. The details:

• Outpatient only, no weekends
• Work with patients 1:1
• Time is structured with 30-minute evaluations/30-minute follow ups
• Opportunity to participate in leadership positions if desired
• Follow your own patient panel
• Provide consultations to primary care and other medical staff related to physical therapy care
• Participate in practice wide health care initiatives
• Treat a broad spectrum of patients

About you:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensure in Massachusetts
• Capacity to deliver care via telehealth
