This position requires three 12-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities as needed. Please note that block scheduling requests cannot be guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties.
• Utilize nursing clinical judgment to identify and report changes in patient conditions.
• Promote a healthy workplace environment by effectively managing conflict through professional communication.
• Fulfill Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance professional skills.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• ACLS certification

• Progressive Care Units (Stepdown)

• Emergency Room and Recovery Room
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Mother Baby
