Job Overview – The Senior Manager is responsible for overall oversight of the Global Trade program for Power & Controls sites throughout the United States, including Windsor Locks, CT; Rockford, IL; and Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Program management of the Power & Controls Global Trade program in the region. Direct and indirect line management of GT site leads. Ensure GT procedural requirements are integrated into site business processes. Develop and approve standard work and site-based GT procedures. Produce GT dashboard reports and monthly metrics. Generate GT reports and respond to on-demand information requests. Manage, report, and mitigate GT compliance risks. Assist with business proposal approvals, due diligence requests, and related inquiries as a subject‑matter expert. Support GT training, culture, and awareness initiatives. Coordinate GT communications and flow down key information. Support GT investigations, disclosures, and corrective actions. Monitor usage of GT tools and systems. Manage annual GT Health‑Assessment requirements and other GT initiatives. Coordinate regional license and authorizations management with the P&C Authorization Lead. Support internal and external audits or visits as needed. Act as a delegate or deputy as assigned from time to time. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years experience. Ability to travel 10‑20% of time. Compensation Salary Range: $132,400 – $251,600 per year.
