With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day in the life:As an Account Analyst at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will support the account management team by completing various administrative service functions for the Business Insurance Department. Duties of an Account Analyst include (but not limited to):Processing all incoming mail, notices of cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements notices.Reviewing and processing applications, binders, endorsements, renewals, new business policies, census/enrollment requests, and certificates of insurance (applicable by department)Addressing billing questions, issuing auto ID cards, and completing insurance verificationsPreparing premium quotations on new business, renewal business, and any policy changes on existing policies for the account management teamCommunicating with account management team and Director to provide regular updates on all account activityOrdering and organizing loss run reportsData entry in EpicOur future colleague.We would love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills and experiences:Strong technical capacity with proficiency in Microsoft Office software programsStrong data entry skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational, problem solving and time management skillsStrong multi-tasking skills and detail orientedCurrently pursuing a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain oneThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:A college degree in Risk Management, Business or another related program1+ years of relevant Property & Casualty insurance experienceExposure to EpicWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
