Financial Controller

Cahaba Restoration is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the financial side of a growing company. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a Controller-level role Experience overseeing financial operations and P&L responsibility for a business with $10M+ in annual revenue Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Experience overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable Ability to manage month-end and year-end closing processes Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Ability to create and maintain accurate financial reports for leadership Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with our team Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the restoration, construction, roofing, or home-services industry is a plus Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of Cahaba Restoration Manage and analyze the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L) , including revenue, expenses, margins, and overall profitability Prepare and present accurate financial reports to company leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Cahaba Restoration
