Accounting Analyst II

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst II to join our Investment Accounting team. This role is responsible for performing certain investment accounting functions for the Company’s $80 billion investment portfolio. This role will work closely and collaboratively with numerous areas inside and outside of the Company, including other areas of accounting, investment management, investment operations, and asset/liability management. Experience with investment accounting or financial instruments (fixed income, derivatives, structured products) Familiarity with PAM or similar investment accounting systems Exposure to insurance industry accounting, including Statutory reporting Experience supporting GAAP and regulatory financial reporting processes Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Experience working with large, complex data sets and reconciliations Involvement in system implementations, process improvements, or automation initiatives Prior collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., investment operations, asset management) CPA or progress toward CPA designation is a plus The Accounting Analyst II position follows a hybrid work schedule, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays and in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. #J-18808-Ljbffr 3M HEALTHCARE
