Human Resources Assistant We are looking for an experienced individual to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Dodge, IA. Responsibilities Assisting with employee onboarding and training programs Producing and posting job openings Reviewing applicants, setting up and conducting interviews, and completing background and reference checks Setting up pre-employment testing for new hires Maintaining employee information electronically Assisting with the drug and alcohol testing program Assisting with unemployment claims such as letter writing and gathering documentation; participating as necessary Assisting with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA and other regulatory compliance Composing letters and meeting with employees when improvement is needed Scanning, filing and data entry Other duties as assigned Great schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm!
