PT - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a community-based environment and be committed to providing exceptional care for patients across all age groups. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to facilitate patient recovery. Maintain accurate patient records using EHR software (CERNER). Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes. Establish and foster relationships with patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current NJ Physical Therapy State License. New graduates are welcome; experience preferred but not required.
