Appeals Coordinator

NYC based Prestigious legal services firm seeks an E-Billing Analyst to join their team! Responsibilities Prepare and submit appeals for rejected invoices. Logging reduced invoices for all clients. Following up with firm timekeepers to prepare for appeal replies. Negotiating and working with client AP departments to obtain successful appeals and payment of therejected or reduced amount. Obtaining necessary approvals from partners for write-offs, late appeals, etc. Qualifications Experience with doing Ebilling for a law firm, preferably in a large law firm environment. Experience with online Ebilling vendors especially the major Ebilling vednors such as; Passport, Tymetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, Serengeti and Ascent. Experience with Ebilling submission tools such as eBilling Hub or BillBlast. Aderant user & knowledge preferred or equivalent accounting systems(Elite, 3E). Familiarity with third party legal ebilling vendors preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
