The San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA), operator of San Francisco Bay Ferry, is looking for a resourceful and service-minded Administrative Specialist to help keep agency operations running smoothly. In this role, you will support a wide range of administrative, operational, purchasing, records, facilities, and staff support functions. From coordinating meetings and staff events to preparing documents, supporting procurement and onboarding processes, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office needs, the Administrative Specialist serves as a trusted partner to staff across the organization. The position offers meaningful exposure to agency operations and the opportunity to make a visible impact through strong customer service, attention to detail, and proactive support. Ideal Candidate

Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: Two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the public sector.
