Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or pending Michigan SLP licensure (must have by start of school year)
• Experience working with K–12 populations is preferred
• Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to various learning and developmental needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
• Support the communication and academic goals of students across grade levels
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
