Associate Attorney

As a Case Management Attorney at Eleos Law LLP, you will oversee complex Mass Tort cases from a client-centered perspective. This role is focused on strategic case oversight rather than active litigation. You will manage a large inventory of clients, ensure compliance with statutes of limitation and firm protocols, and supervise a team of case managers and paralegals to ensure each client receives timely, organized, and compassionate support. You will serve as the bridge between clients and the broader legal strategy—maintaining accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence across high-volume matters. This is a leadership role requiring strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage complex workflows at scale. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that moves quickly, thinks strategically, and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional client care—without the demands of discovery, court appearances, or drafting litigation documents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage a high-volume portfolio of Mass Tort cases, ensuring every matter receives the attention it deserves Track and enforce statutes of limitations and critical case deadlines with precision and rigor Lead and mentor a team of case managers and paralegals, setting clear priorities and fostering professional growth Champion firm protocols and workflows, driving consistency and accountability across all case activity Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex client issues, bringing sound judgment and a steady hand Partner with firm leadership on case strategy, providing timely updates and well-reasoned recommendations Own quality control across your caseload—proactively identifying bottlenecks and keeping cases on track to resolution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona or another approved jurisdiction At least 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, with exposure to mass tort or class action matters Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain complex legal issues clearly Preferred Familiarity with Westlaw for legal research Experience with Filevine or similar case management platforms Our Culture in a Few Words We take full accountability for outcomes.
