What You ll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in a full-spectrum outpatient setting
• Perform comprehensive physical exams for patients of all ages (babies to retirees)
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient s needs
• Promote wellness and preventive health strategies
• Coordinate specialty referrals and diagnostic testing as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
• Document all patient encounters accurately using EMR (Elation)

What You Need
Required:

• Valid New Mexico Medical License and DEA
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine certification/license
• Proven outpatient primary care experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in value-based care models
• Ability to handle a diverse patient population
