Position Title: Elections Support Specialist (Polling Places)
Location: Miami, FL 33172
Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM | Overtime if needed
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

The Temporary Polling Place Field Specialist is responsible for visiting polling locations to assess site readiness and document conditions. This role requires attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to accurately report findings.

• Visit assigned polling locations within the designated schedule
• Inspect and verify functionality of landline telephone connections at each site
• Assess the overall condition of polling locations
• Take clear, accurate photographs of rooms where elections will be conducted
• Upload photos and required documentation to the designated system in a timely manner
• Report any issues, discrepancies, or concerns to supervisors promptly
• Driving is required, clean driving record.

Other Duties:-

• Checks Polling facilities to ensure that telephone and electrical outlets are operational.
• Knowledge of the geography of Miami-Dade County. Knowledge of Microsoft outlook and Excel.
• Ability to deal with the public in a tactful and courteous manner.
• Must have Valid Driver License and be able to pass background screening.
• Staff is expected to work overtime( early mornings, evenings, and weekends) sometimes with short notice.
