Total comp can go up to ~\$370,000 (~\$200K base / \$170K bonus) for an ideal candidate with ~10–12 years of experience. This is a highly specialized role, not a run-of-the-mill .NET position. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a smaller hedge fund or similar front-office financial services environment. Candidates from large investment banks can work, but profiles with hands-on ownership and less rigid hierarchy tend to align best. Role Overview Full-stack development role focused on building and supporting critical front-office applications used by investment teams.
