COMPLIANCE PROJECT SPECIALIST

Randstad is looking for a Compliance Projects Specialist for our customer, who is a leader in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will provide direct project management support to the Legal Compliance Group within Corporate Counsel. You will organize, track, and execute compliance audits, internal reporting tasks, and cross-departmental initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a business environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Languages: Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate compliance projects across various departments, including Procurement, Tax, Security, and ITC.

• Audit Support: Assist in managing internal and external audits for the Legal and Compliance teams.

• Corporate Reporting: Support and respond to reporting requests from headquarters.

• Grant & Incentive Compliance: Assist in reporting for CHIPS Act requirements and other grant or incentive agreements.
