Program Support Specialist
As a PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST at the NH-0301-2 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Perform detailed grammar/format review of all Division-level correspondence and packages submitted to the Director and Deputy Directors.
- Prepare and present clear, concise oral/written communications to senior leaders.
- Monitor and track assignments and completion of formal and informal tasks initiated from a variety of classified and unclassified sources.
- Provide well-researched, fact-based recommendations to the executive leadership and the staff on significant issues and problems related to internal staffing/workflow operational efficiency and task accomplishment.
- Ensure day-to-day administrative workflow operations comply with applicable laws, instructions, and policies.
