Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Day Shift)

Location

Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 36 hours per week | Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and manage a full patient assignment on a Medical Surgical unit
• Administer medications in accordance with the 5 Rights of Medication Administration
• Provide wound care per physician orders
• Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policy
• Perform patient admissions and discharges according to orders
• Monitor patients on a 3-lead (Masimo) telemetry unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to the 5 Rights
• Ability to perform wound care per clinical orders
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to complete unit-specific competencies during orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with telemetry monitoring, including 3-lead systems
• Familiarity with Masimo monitoring technology
