Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• Recent breast ultrasound experience
• ARDMS certification in breast imaging

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday, 8a-4:30p
• Flexible to work on Saturdays when coverage is needed
• No major holidays
• Busy outpatient breast imaging department
• Breast ultrasound and diagnostic ultrasound
• Average of 40-50 ultrasounds per day, roughly 10-12 per sonographer
