Associate Creative Director

To support a growing Brand Strategy team, the full-time remote Associate Director of Brand Strategy will oversee brand and communications direction for clients, develop innovative strategies, and mentor junior team members while ensuring the agency's creative excellence. Key responsibilities: Proactively inform and develop new approaches, ideas, and services for client challenges Guide and serve as a subject matter expert on brand strategies across multiple campaigns Forge relationships with senior leadership and diverse teams to enhance collaboration and growth Required qualifications: 5+ years of total business experience 4+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or communications agency experience Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications Experience developing successful pharmaceutical marketing strategies Demonstrated people management experience and ability to present to client decision-makers
