What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: Close warm leads from customers actively interested in home warranty coverage Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries Build strong rapport and establish trust with customers Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate coverage Present products and confidently close sales Upsell and maximize sales opportunities Maintain accurate customer information and documentation Meet and exceed individual sales goals Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the value of our services What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone A strong communicator who knows how to build rapport Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Competitive and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals Able to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information Willing to learn and apply new sales techniques and product knowledge Required Experience 1+ year of sales experience preferred Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong phone presence Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Your Earning Potential Is in Your Hands If you're tired of capped earning potential and want an opportunity where your performance directly impacts your paycheck , this is the role for you.
