Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Middlesex, NJ. This position involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and guiding potential buyers through product selection to meet their safety needs. The specialist will generate and qualify leads, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely order processing, supporting customers with product information, and contributing to sales campaigns and promotions. The role also requires monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and helping build long-term customer relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing pipelines, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales. Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify, reach out to, and develop new business opportunities. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support repeat business. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging customers and internal teams. Experience with CRM systems, order entry, and basic sales reporting is beneficial. Knowledge of industrial or safety products, or experience in a similar B2B environment, is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Middlesex, NJ, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
