About the Role:

Join AB ACCESS CONTROL INC as a Front Desk representative, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients in Miami, FL. This exciting role offers the chance to showcase your customer service skills in a dynamic environment focused on security solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Deal with realtors and buyer.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
