Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with corporate objectives, ensuring robust financial processes and data integrity. Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, including inventory and three-statement financial models, to evaluate cost impacts and supplier decisions. Partner with accounting and other departments to perform ad-hoc projects and support leadership presentations and board materials. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes through the adoption of best practices and system optimization. Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actuals versus budget, forecast, prior year, and key business drivers. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies governing financial activities and reporting. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies in all financial activities.FP&A Manager Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; manufacturing or industry experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical abilities and financial detail orientation are essential for success. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with leadership. Adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing financial activities is mandatory. Ability to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
