Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing / Contract
Shift: Nights, 7pm 7am (Rotating weekends, holiday rotation)
Hours/Week: 36-40 hours
Employment Type: Full-Time
Licensure: Kansas RN license required
Experience: Open to new grads and experienced nurses
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (within 6 months), FHM (within 1 year), PALS (within 6 months)
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate between $30.00 $36.50, with shift differentials:
Evening (3:00 pm 11:00 pm): $2.30/hr
Night (11:00 pm 7:00 am): $3.75/hr
Weekend (Friday 7:00 pm Monday 7:00 am): $3.00/hr

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate direct patient care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
- Monitor fetal heart rates and recognize abnormal patterns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective delivery outcomes
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety guidelines
- Respond promptly to emergencies and on-call situations as required
What You Need
- Active Kansas RN license (or eligible)
- BLS certification (must be obtained within first two weeks)
- ACLS, NRP (within 6 months), FHM (within 1 year), PALS (within 6 months)
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
