Mountain Medical Supply is looking for a strong FulfillmentManager to manage both the staff and administrative functions of "pull from inventory" order processing, product delivery, inventory control, and fleet management. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing candidate with our shared values to become a member of our team. This is an office position located in Idaho Falls, ID. Typical workdays and hours are M-F from 9am to 5pm with the occasional after-hours/weekend delivery. Main Responsibilities Manage day-to-day fulfillment staff and fulfillment operations, including daily deliveries. Monitor and manage inventory stock, place stock re-orders, and process "from inventory" client medical supplies/equipment sales orders through Brightree software system. Manage the delivery and set up of durable medical equipment in client homes. Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and service requests. Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Manage product returns and the cleaning and sanitization process of returned equipment. Manage the maintenance, cleaning, and operation of delivery vehicles. Qualifications Work experience with durable medical equipment (DME) is required. Preference given to those candidates with prior experience using Brightree Software or other ERP or WMS systems preferred. Preference given to those candidates with proficiency in managing staff/employees, scheduling deliveries/maintenance, and managing delivery/service vehicles. Great communication skills and disposition with clients. Good driving record. Competency with computers and using Microsoft applications is necessary. Strong organizational skills.
