About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Human Resources to lead strategic HR planning and execution in alignment with global and regional business and HR priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, leadership coaching, organizational design, inclusion and belonging, employee engagement, and creating a world-class associate experience. This role requires a strong leader with a data-driven approach, a proven track record in an international and matrixed HR team, and the ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders. The VP, HR will also be accountable for end-to-end HR leadership globally, serving as a primary strategic business partner, and will be involved in shaping the global strategic direction of the HR function. Essential requirements for the role include a Bachelor's degree with over 20 years' of experience, or a Master's with over 18 years' of experience, and at least 6 years' of people leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, personal integrity, and executive presence, with the ability to command respect and gain credibility. A background in the healthcare industry is preferred. The role demands a leader who can identify the need for HR programs to support business objectives, lead large-scale transformation initiatives, and maintain critical KPIs to drive strategic talent initiatives. The VP, HR will also be responsible for problem-solving and implementing solutions to ensure the organization is on track to meet its goals.
