We value our families and community: Flexible Schedule Paid time off Minimalholiday rotation Hardship Program-program tosupport staffduring challenging times Patriot Cares-nonprofit forcommunityoutreach How we support you professionally: This position is paid at a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn extra money by picking up visits at our per diem rate Mileage reimbursement for any company travel Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance/Supplemental insurance(beginsimmediatelyupon hire) Company 401K with4%company matching The responsibilitiesofourNurses include: Have coordination of total patient care Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family on an ongoing basis Preform admission, transfer, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge Oasis for the home care patient All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse One or more years of experience in community/home health agency or hospital preferred Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Criminal background check Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification Job Conditions: Valid driver's licenserequired Ability to access patients' homes, which may not be wheelchair accessible.
