Contact Center Representative

To support the IHA Scheduling Team, the full-time Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting call center metrics. Key Responsibilities: Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming information, and addressing customer needs or complaints Utilizing software and tools to meet call center metrics while providing consistent customer support Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of call center experience in a target-driven environment Experience in outbound sales processes is a plus Proficiency in various software and data entry, including MS Office applications Ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with a preference for 60 words per minute Must have a Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities and a stable high-speed internet connection
