We are a locally owned company with a national footprint as part of the 101 Mobility network and we are dedicated to helping individuals and families create safer, more accessible homes. We’re looking for another Customer Care & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help provide a key communication link between our customers, technicians, and sales team.

This is an important role in our day-to-day operations. You’ll help keep projects moving, customers informed, technicians organized, and our office running smoothly from the initial quote through job completion.

What You’ll Do

• Create accurate product and service quotes for customers and support the field sales team
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism, patience, and care
• Schedule and coordinate installation and service appointments
• Communicate project updates between customers, sales, and field technicians
• Manage technician calendars and help ensure jobs are scheduled and routed efficiently
• Prepare and process work orders for installation and service teams
• Coordinate with vendors and track product orders, shipments, and delivery updates
• Follow up on orders and help ensure materials arrive when needed
• Process invoices and customer payments accurately
• Assist with general administrative and customer-care responsibilities as needed
• Help identify and resolve scheduling or customer issues before they become bigger problems

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, quoting, or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence and professionalism when communicating with customers by phone
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, quoting, or other business software is a plus
• Strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
• A dependable, team-oriented approach
