Construction Manager

Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects. Locations Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability). Key Responsibilities & Requirements Industry Experience: Proven experience working with major carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others. Team Leadership: Strong experience in managing and coordinating multiple field crews. Project Management: Ability to manage the workflow and project execution both on the job site and from the office as needed. Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Document Control: Tracking, receiving, and submitting required project documentation and closeouts. Testing Equipment Proficiency: Hands‑on ability to work with testing equipment for fiber optic and RF cables, including performing OTDR tests, Fiberscope tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, and more. Willingness to Travel: Readiness for long work days and constant travel across the assigned regions. Position details: We offer flexible employment options: you can choose to work with us either as a subcontractor (1099) or as a W‑2 employee.
