You will drive full-stack development to help restaurant owners and staff manage daily operations while delivering seamless, dependable experiences for diners. In this role, you will take ownership of complex, evolving projects end-to-end, mentor fellow engineers, and shape resilient technical solutions that power millions of interactions.What you will do:Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performing software applications that align with Clover's strategic goals.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical specifications.Write, test, and debug code across the stack to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.Continuously improve existing codebases and lead peer-review processes to maintain technical quality.Coach junior developers, sharing technical expertise to help grow the overall team's capabilities.What you will need to have:6+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service).5+ years of web development experience, including 4+ years of front-end development with React and Next.js.3+ years of back-end development experience using Java, C#, or similar programming languages.3+ years of experience working with SQL databases.3+ years of experience with cloud platform services (AWS or GCP).3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.Hands-on experience developing applications with TypeScript and the ability to work comfortably across frontend and backend technology stacks.Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end when scope is ambiguous or continuously evolving.What would be great to have:Direct experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.Extended hands-on expertise with advanced CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
